MIKE RUDDER

ASSISTANT COACH

6th Season

Coach Rudder is in his sixth season at NDNU.  Rudder brings with him 20 years of basketball coaching experience. He was the boy’s varsity basketball coach at San Jose High Academy from 1994-1997 and from 1999-2001.  From 1997-1999 he was the head coach at Leland High School.  His teams at both San Jose High Academy and Leland advanced to the CIF Playoffs.  Coach Rudder played at De Anza College and Wenatchee Valley College in Washington before moving on to play at Sacramento State University.  At Sac State, he helped the team win the Far West Conference Championship in 1978.  Rudder will also be responsible for player development at the guard position and recruiting.
