September 24- Carlos Ramirez scored the "golden goal" in the 7th minute of the second overtime to knock off visiting Masters College, 2-1 in San Bruno today. After 38 combined fouls and 9 cautions, NDNU prevailed in overtime. It was a physical contest to say the least but NDNU benefitted off of the final caution which led to an ejection and a kick for the Argos. It was off the kick that Ramirez was able to score the game winner which Adrian Corder and Anton Del Rosario assisted. Notre Dame's, Austen Ezzell scored the first Argo goal in the first half off of a penalty kick and then Masters marched back in the second half to even things up. NDNU goalkeeper, Nicholas Arellano was pushed down in the box when Masters forward, Ewout Van Rhee knocked the ball in to even the game up. NDNU evened up their record for the weekend at 1-1 and improves to 6-3-1 on the season.
