Argos Take Stanislaus to Five Games
October 19– NDNU took Cal State Stanislaus to five games but could not come up on top and were defeated (27-30,30-27,21-30,30-20,15-17). Marissa Miller led NDNU with 16 kills but Liz Sloan from Stanislaus led all players with 19 kills. In a very evenly played match it came down to a few key serves and blocks from Stanislaus that turned the match for the Warriors. In just her second match of the year, Shauna Folan led NDNU with 19 big digs. Miller added to her totals with 15 digs and the Argos totaled 72 for the match. The Warriors improve to 4-13 on the season while NDNU drops to 6-19. The Argos travel to Grand Canyon for two matches on Friday and Saturday.
