NDNU RETIRES TAMSEN LEE'S NUMBER

The Notre Dame de Namur Argonauts athletic program honored the school’s all-time leading scorer on Saturday with the retiring of Tamsen Lee’s number.  Lee was a four year starter for the Argos and wore the #21 from 2002-2006.  She set the school record for career scoring on January 20, 2006 with a 29 point performance against CSU East Bay.  Lee finished her career with 1152 career points, tops for both the men’s and women’s program, passing Gina Rosen who held the mark at 1,016 since the 1999-2000 season.  Lee, a graduate of Gunderson High in San Jose, also holds the school record for career 3-pointers with 180.  Tamsen graduated last December with a degree in business and currently works for Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
