Coach Carlisle joins the NDNU men’s soccer staff as an assistant coach in 2006, where he will be in charge of training the Argo’s goalkeepers.  Carlisle was most recently the goalkeeper coach at Evergreen Valley Junior College in San Jose, California, where he trained both the men’s and women’s keepers.  Carlisle has also been a successful club and high school coach. He led the Mt. Pleasant High School Boys Frosh/Soph team to a share of the Mt. Hamilton Division championship in 2005-06, and his U-14 girl’s team, the Stanford Aftershocks, recently won the 2006 District Cup, claiming the Class III/White Division crown.  A 1987 graduate of Northwestern University, Carlisle played three seasons for the Wildcats. He graduated with B.S. degrees in both Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science.
